Compact Baghouse Dust Collector

A compact baghouse dust collector is a space-saving,high-efficiency industrial filtration unit designed for capturing dry dust,powder,and particulates in limited-footprint environments.It integrates filter bags,cleaning system,fan,and controls into a monolithic,compact housing,delivering 90%+filtration efficiency while minimizing floor space.Ideal for small-to-medium dust loads,intermittent processes,and point-of-use or central dust collection in workshops,factories,and processing plants.

Working Principle

Dust-laden air enters the collector’s inlet and is distributed into the filter chamber.

Fabric filter bags capture dust particles on their outer surface;clean air passes through the bags into the clean air plenum.

Cleaned air is discharged via the exhaust fan(integrated or ducted).

Automatic cleaning(pulse-jet/mechanical shaker/reverse air)removes caked dust from bags,which falls into the hopper/dust bin for easy disposal.
