Fabric Filter Dust Collector

A Fabric Filter Dust Collector(also known as a baghouse filter or fabric bag dust collector)is a high-efficiency industrial dust purification equipment,which takes high-quality fabric filter bags as the core filtering component.It is specially designed to capture,filter and separate particulate dust,smoke and mist from industrial exhaust gas,ensuring that the discharged gas meets national and international environmental emission standards.With stable performance,strong adaptability and high dust removal efficiency,it has become an indispensable environmental protection equipment in various industrial fields.

2.Working Principle

The working process of the fabric filter dust collector is simple,efficient and automatic,mainly divided into four stages:

1.Dust-laden Air Inlet:Industrial exhaust gas containing dust particles(from crushing,grinding,conveying,combustion and other processes)is introduced into the collector housing through the air duct,and the flow speed is slowed down to prevent the impact of high-speed air flow on the filter bags.

2.Filtration&Dust Interception:The dust-laden air passes through the surface of the fabric filter bags.The fabric with fine pores can intercept dust particles(even fine dust with a particle size of 0.1μm)on the outer surface of the bags,while the clean air penetrates the filter media and enters the upper air chamber.

3.Automatic Cleaning:As dust accumulates,the resistance of the filter bags increases.When it reaches a preset value,the pulse jet cleaning system(or mechanical shaking system)is activated.Compressed air is sprayed into the filter bags in a short pulse,making the bags expand and vibrate rapidly,so that the dust cake attached to the surface falls off.

4.Dust Collection&Discharge:The fallen dust falls into the ash hopper at the bottom of the collector,and is discharged centrally through the ash discharge device(such as a star discharger),realizing the recycling of dust and reducing environmental pollution.
