High Temperature Baghouse

High Temperature Baghouse is a custom-engineered dust removal equipment specially developed for treating high-temperature flue gas in industrial production.Different from ordinary pulse bag collectors,it is equipped with high-temperature resistant filter media,thermal insulation structure and high-temperature resistant sealing parts,adapting to long-term operation under harsh high-temperature working conditions.

Dust-laden hot flue gas enters the baghouse,coarse dust settles into the hopper by gravity,and fine particulate matter is captured on the surface of high-temperature filter bags.Clean air passes through the filter media and is discharged up to standard.The pulse jet cleaning system automatically removes dust cake according to pressure difference,ensuring continuous and stable dust removal efficiency.

This high temperature baghouse is equipped with overall thermal insulation layer to prevent dew point condensation and bag corrosion.It supports long-term operation at 160°C–280°C,with filtration efficiency over 90%,low emission concentration,strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance,long service life of filter bags and convenient maintenance.It is the ideal flue gas purification solution for high-temperature industrial scenarios.
