Working Principle

Dust-laden air is sucked into the single-unit baghouse by the built-in fan.Solid dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of filter bags,while clean air penetrates the bags and is discharged up to standard.When the differential pressure reaches the set value,the pulse jet system automatically injects compressed air to blow off adhered dust.The dust falls into the bottom ash hopper for regular cleaning,realizing continuous automatic operation.
