TH Bucket Elevator

TH Bucket Elevator is a heavy-duty,chain-driven vertical conveying machine designed for continuous lifting of bulk materials.As a ring-chain type bucket elevator,it serves as an industrial standard solution for vertical material handling in mining,construction,and manufacturing sectors.

Working Principle

Materials are fed into the elevator's base section,where they are scooped up by evenly spaced buckets attached to two parallel high-strength alloy steel round-link chains.Driven by a motor-reducer assembly,the chains circulate,carrying the buckets and materials upwards.Upon reaching the top sprocket,the buckets invert,discharging the contents via hybrid or gravity unloading into the outlet chute.The entire process is enclosed,preventing dust emissions.
