In terms of working principle,the equipment operates based on the combination of gravity,inertial separation and filtration.Under the guidance of the fan,dusty air enters the equipment;coarse particles settle into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia,while fine particles are captured on the filter surface through Brownian diffusion and fiber interception.When the operation resistance reaches a set value,the PLC-controlled pulse jet cleaning system is activated,spraying high-speed and high-pressure compressed air to shake off the accumulated dust,ensuring continuous and efficient operation.

This dust collector also has obvious advantages in energy conservation and maintenance.Its operation resistance is only 800-1200Pa,30%-40%lower than that of bag dust collectors,greatly reducing the energy consumption of the induced draft fan.The inclined installation of filter cartridges facilitates disassembly and replacement,which can be completed by a single person without entering the equipment,shortening the maintenance time to 1/3 of that of traditional equipment.In addition,the modular design supports single or multiple combination installation,which can be flexibly adjusted according to the on-site layout.
