In terms of working principle,the stand-alone cartridge dust collector operates in a negative pressure mode.When the equipment is started,the centrifugal fan generates negative pressure inside the machine,sucking dusty air from the dust source into the dust collection hood and then into the filtration chamber.Coarse dust particles fall into the ash hopper under the action of gravity,while fine dust is intercepted on the surface of the filter cartridge,forming a dust layer.When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter cartridge reaches the set value,the automatic pulse cleaning system is triggered,spraying compressed air at high speed to blow off the dust layer on the filter surface,ensuring the filter cartridge maintains stable filtration performance and the equipment operates continuously.
