Hydraulic Cast Iron Sluice Gate

Hydraulic Cast Iron Sluice Gate is a heavy-duty vertical lifting sluice gate integrated with hydraulic driving system,mainly made of high-strength gray cast iron and ductile iron.It is specially applied for large-flow,high-water-head water flow interception,opening,closing and flow regulation in water conservancy,municipal sewage and industrial pipeline projects.

Structure&Materials

The overall body consists of gate frame,gate leaf,sealing parts,lifting mechanism and hydraulic power unit.

The gate body is cast from premium HT250 gray cast iron or ductile iron with dense casting structure,strong compressive resistance and excellent deformation resistance.Inlaid bronze sealing strips are adopted for metal hard seal,and optional EPDM soft rubber seal is available for ultra-low leakage requirement.

All transmission shafts and connecting components are made of stainless steel with high corrosion resistance.The whole surface is coated with heavy-duty anti-corrosion epoxy resin coating,which can resist long-term erosion of sewage,silt and corrosive water quality.

Built-in self-tightening wedge structure ensures tight closing on both sides of water pressure.
