The Pneumatic Jaw Gate Valve(also called pneumatic jaw discharge gate or pneumatic jaw flap valve)is a heavy‑duty,pneumatically operated on/off valve for bulk solids,powders,sludge,and high‑viscosity media.It uses a pair of jaw‑like plates that open/close in a scissor‑like motion,ideal for hoppers,silos,chutes,and material discharge lines.

Working Principle
Drive:A double‑acting pneumatic cylinder provides linear force,driving a linkage mechanism.
Jaw Movement:The linkage pushes/pulls two symmetric jaw plates,making them pivot open(material flows through)or close(tight shut‑off).
Sealing:In closed position,the jaws clamp against a resilient seat(rubber/PTFE)to prevent leakage of fine powders or sticky sludge.
Operation:Compressed air(0.4–0.6 MPa)controls opening/closing;can be automated via solenoid valves,limit switches,or PLC for remote control.
