Bulk Powder Loader is a professional,environment-friendly conveying and loading equipment,specially designed for the dust-free,efficient and automatic transfer of various fine powder materials.It is widely applied in industries such as building materials,chemical engineering,power generation,mining,and grain processing,used to load bulk powder(including cement,fly ash,lime powder,grain powder,chemical powder,etc.)into bulk tankers,trucks,railcars or other storage and transportation equipment.With its sealed structure and intelligent control,it effectively solves the problems of dust pollution,low loading efficiency and high labor intensity in traditional powder loading,realizing green and efficient production.

Main Structure

-Loading Spout:Telescopic design(driven by electric winch),double-layer sealed structure,which can be lifted and lowered freely to fit the inlet of different transport vehicles,ensuring no dust leakage during loading.

-Conveying System:Optional air slide conveyor or screw conveyor,suitable for different powder characteristics(such as fluidity,fineness),ensuring stable and continuous material conveying.

-Dust Collection Device:Equipped with negative-pressure dust collector,which captures the fugitive dust generated during loading,achieves zero dust emission,and meets environmental protection standards.

-Control System:PLC control cabinet,supporting local and remote operation,with functions of one-key start,automatic stop,overload protection and fault alarm.

-Accessories:Equipped with level sensor,weighing device,flow control valve,etc.,realizing quantitative loading and real-time monitoring of loading status.

Working Principle

When the bulk powder loader starts to work,first,the transport vehicle(tanker,truck)is parked accurately under the loading spout.Then,the electric winch drives the telescopic spout to descend,and the bottom of the spout is closely sealed with the inlet of the vehicle to form a closed loading space.Next,the flow control valve is opened,and the powder materials in the silo or hopper are transported to the loading spout through the air slide or screw conveyor,and then smoothly flow into the transport vehicle through the inner layer of the spout.During the loading process,the fugitive dust generated is sucked into the dust collector through the outer layer of the spout under the action of negative pressure,and the filtered clean air is discharged,realizing dust-free loading.When the loading reaches the preset weight or level(detected by the weighing device or level sensor),the system automatically closes the flow control valve,stops conveying materials,and lifts the loading spout,completing the entire loading process.
