MS Scraper Conveyor

MS series scraper conveyor is a heavy-duty enclosed buried conveyor specially developed for bulk material handling.As a mainstream en masse conveyor model,it adopts forged chain traction transmission,and is superior in large-capacity and multi-angle conveying compared with ordinary chain conveyors.

Working Principle

Inside the closed rectangular cross-section shell,the moving scraper chain is fully buried in bulk materials.Under the thrust of the chain,internal friction force among material particles is generated.When such internal friction exceeds the friction between materials and trough wall,bulk materials form integrated continuous flow and are synchronously transported with the chain.

This transmission principle adapts to horizontal transportation,inclined transportation(0°–30°)and limited vertical lifting,realizing diversified layout of production lines.
