The Acid Gas Scrubbing Spray Tail Gas Scrubber is a professional wet waste gas purification equipment,specially designed for treating industrial tail gas containing acidic pollutants.It adopts counter-current spray absorption technology,efficiently neutralizing and removing acid gas,harmful fumes and particulate dust from exhaust tail gas,widely used for environmental emission compliance in chemical,electroplating,metallurgy and waste gas treatment industries.

Working Principle

Polluted acidic tail gas enters the scrubber from the lower inlet and rises upward.The circulating absorption liquid(alkaline chemical solution)is atomized into fine droplets through multi-layer spray nozzles and sprayed downward in reverse flow.

Full gas-liquid contact realizes acid-base neutralization reaction and physical adsorption;harmful acid gases such as HCl,SO₂,HF,NOx are fully absorbed and purified.After passing through the top mist eliminator to remove water mist,the clean gas is discharged up to standard.The waste liquid flows into the bottom tank for recycling or centralized treatment.
