Working Principle

Powered by a high-power centrifugal fan,the extractor generates strong negative pressure to form a stable suction airflow.Wood dust and debris from multiple woodworking machines are sucked into the equipment through a centralized duct system.Firstly,large wood chips and shavings are separated by gravity and settle into the sealed ash hopper at the bottom.Then,fine wood dust(down to 0.3μm)is efficiently filtered and intercepted by high-performance filter bags or filter cartridges.The purified clean air passes through the filter medium and is discharged up to standard through the exhaust port.For continuous stable operation,the extractor is equipped with an automatic pulse jet cleaning system,which periodically blows compressed air to remove dust attached to the filter surface,preventing clogging and maintaining consistent suction power.
