Working Principle

Dust-laden flue gas enters the modular baghouse from the air inlet.Large particles settle down by gravity first,and fine dust is trapped on the surface of filter bags.Clean air passes through the filter bags and is discharged up to standard.

When the pressure difference reaches the set value,the pulse control system automatically sprays compressed air to shake off the dust attached to the bag surface.The dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash unloading device to complete the whole dust collection and cleaning process.
