Working Principle

Dust-laden flue gas enters the baghouse chamber.Large dust particles settle into the hopper by gravity.Fine dust adheres to the outer surface of filter bags.Clean air passes through the bags and is discharged up to standard by the induced draft fan.

When the pressure drop reaches the preset value,the pulse valve opens instantly.Compressed air jets into the filter bags to shake off the dust cake.Dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by ash unloading devices,completing automatic circulation of filtration and cleaning.
