Small Baghouse Dust Collector is a mini type pulse jet bag filter,specially designed for small airflow and local dust removal.It features compact structure,small footprint,easy installation and high dust removal efficiency.It is widely used to collect dry industrial dust,powder and particulate matter,suitable for workshop point dust removal and small production lines.

Working Principle

Dust-laden air enters the dust collector chamber,and fine dust is intercepted and adsorbed on the surface of filter bags.Clean air passes through the filter bags and is discharged up to standard.When dust accumulates to a certain degree,the pulse jet system automatically sprays compressed air to shake off dust on the bag surface.The fallen dust sinks into the bottom ash hopper for regular cleaning and collection.
