NE Bucket Elevator

NE Series Plate Chain Bucket Elevator is a high-efficiency,heavy-duty vertical conveying machine designed for bulk materials.It is a standardized product(JB/T 3926-85)widely used in mining,cement,coal,and other industries.

Working Principle

Inflow Feeding:Material gently flows into the buckets without scooping,reducing wear and breakage.

Plate Chain Traction:Buckets are mounted on a high-strength alloy steel plate chain(surface contact design)instead of a traditional belt or round chain.

Gravity Discharge:At the top,material is discharged by its own weight as the bucket tips over.This low-speed(0.25–0.5 m/s)operation minimizes back-mixing and recoil.

Main Components

Drive Unit:Head section with motor,hardened gear reducer,and drive sprocket.

Upper&Lower Sections:Include tail sprocket,gravity tensioning device,and inlet/outlet chutes.

Intermediate Casing:Rigid,enclosed steel casing with optional guide rails.

Traction Parts:

Plate Chain:Forged alloy steel,high wear resistance(service life>5 years).

Buckets:Heavy-duty carbon steel,deep-drawn design for large capacity.
