Working Principle

The elevator operates on a closed-loop cycle driven by a motor-reducer unit:

Loading:Material is fed into the base,where rotating buckets scoop it up.

Lifting:Buckets,fixed to a belt or chain,move vertically along a straight path.

Unloading:At the top,buckets invert.Materials are discharged by centrifugal force(for free-flowing materials)or a mix of centrifugal force and gravity(for sluggish materials)into the discharge chute.

Return:Empty buckets loop back down to the bottom for reloading.
