Working Principle

The working process of Cartridge Dust Removal Equipment is simple,efficient and fully automated,mainly consisting of four stages:

1.Dust Suction:Driven by an induced draft fan,the dust-laden air generated in the production process is sucked into the equipment through the air inlet,and enters the filtration chamber after preliminary sedimentation of large particles by the air distribution structure.

2.Filtration&Interception:The dusty air passes through the outer surface of the filter cartridge.The filter media(such as polyester,PTFE membrane,or cellulose)of the cartridge can efficiently intercept fine particles(down to 0.3μm),allowing clean air to penetrate the cartridge and enter the clean air chamber.

3.Automatic Cleaning:As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cartridge,the pressure drop of the equipment increases.When it reaches the preset value,the differential pressure sensor triggers the pulse jet cleaning system.Compressed air is sprayed into the filter cartridge through the nozzle in an instant,dislodging the caked dust,which then falls into the dust collection hopper or drawer under the action of gravity.

4.Clean Air Discharge:The purified air after filtration is discharged from the air outlet of the equipment,either directly into the atmosphere(meeting environmental emission standards)or recirculated to the workshop to save energy.
