Working Principle

Airflow&Pre-Separation:Dust-laden air enters the collector’s upper plenum.Larger,heavier particles drop directly into the dust hopper due to gravity and inertial forces.

Filtration:Fine dust flows downward and passes through the outer surface of horizontal filter cartridges(typically polyester,cellulose,or PTFE membrane media).Particulates are trapped on the cartridge exterior,while clean air permeates through to the inner cavity.

Pulse-Jet Cleaning:As dust accumulates,pressure drop rises.A differential pressure sensor triggers automatic pulse-jet cleaning:compressed air blasts into each cartridge’s interior,dislodging caked dust into the hopper below.Cleaning occurs on-demand(continuous operation without shutdown).

Clean Air Discharge:Purified air exits the collector’s lower outlet via an induced draft fan,released to atmosphere or recirculated as clean workshop air.
