Working Principle

Dust-laden air enters the collector.Large particles sink into the dust hopper by gravity.Fine dust is trapped on the outer surface of pleated filter cartridges.Clean air passes through the media and is exhausted by the induced draft fan.

When the pressure drop reaches the preset level,the pulse valve automatically sprays high-pressure compressed air to blow off dust cake from cartridge surface.Dust falls into the ash drawer or hopper for regular cleaning,achieving continuous circulating dust collection.
