Working Principle

Dust-laden air is drawn into the collector through the air inlet.Under the action of airflow diversion,large dust particles settle into the ash hopper by gravity.Fine dust and smoke are trapped on the outer surface of the pleated filter cartridges,while clean air penetrates the filter media and is discharged up to standard by the induced draft fan.

When the pressure drop of the equipment reaches the preset value,the pulse control system activates the pulse valve,which instantly sprays high-pressure compressed air into the filter cartridges.The air flow reverses rapidly,shaking off the dust cake attached to the cartridge surface.The dislodged dust falls into the ash hopper or dust drawer,which is cleaned regularly,realizing a continuous cycle of filtration and automatic cleaning.
