-Filter Media:The core part of the cartridge,specifically selected for dust filtration.It is designed with a porous structure that traps dust particles while allowing clean air to pass through,ensuring high filtration efficiency.

-Support Frame:A rigid internal frame that provides structural stability to the filter media,preventing collapse or deformation under the pressure of gas flow and dust accumulation.

-End Plates:Sealed end caps at both ends of the cartridge,which fix the filter media and support frame,ensuring airtightness and preventing unfiltered gas from bypassing the media.

-Sealing Gasket:Installed on the end plates to form a tight seal between the cartridge and the dust collector housing,avoiding dust leakage and ensuring the filtration effect.

During operation,dusty gas enters the dust collector,passes through the filter media of the cartridge,and dust particles are trapped on the surface or inside the media.Clean air is discharged through the media,while accumulated dust is removed periodically(via pulse jet cleaning or manual cleaning)to maintain filtration efficiency.
