Working Principle

The valve operates fully automatically via hydraulic pressure differential,with no external power required:

Opening:When internal pipeline pressure exceeds external pressure,the HDPE flap disc swings open on its hinge,enabling smooth water passage.

Closing:When flow stops or reverse pressure occurs(e.g.,high tide,downstream flooding),the flap closes tightly against the seat via gravity and reverse pressure,forming a watertight seal.
