3 Way Sealed Gravity Diverters

3 Way Sealed Gravity Diverter is a heavy-duty sealed bulk material flow control valve,also named three-way gravity diverter valve.It is specially designed for zero-pressure gravity flow conveying systems,featuring one top inlet and three independent outlet chutes.It accurately switches and distributes free-falling powdery,granular and pellet bulk materials among three different pipelines,bins or equipment,with excellent airtight sealing performance to eliminate dust leakage,material cross-contamination and residue accumulation.

Working Principle

Driven by pneumatic,electric or manual actuator,the internal sealing flap/blade mechanism inside the valve body rotates and positions precisely.

Bulk materials enter from the single upper inlet under natural gravity without air pressure assistance.The adjustable internal baffle blocks two channels and opens one designated outlet at a time,realizing independent flow diversion to any of the three lower discharge ports.

The fully sealed structural design isolates each flow channel completely during switching,achieving positive sealing between passages and against external atmosphere throughout the whole diverting process.
