Working Principle

Operated by pneumatic,electric,or manual actuators,the diverter’s internal precision sealing blade(flap)rotates and locks into position to control material flow.Bulk materials enter the valve from the single upper inlet through natural gravity(no air pressure assistance required).The adjustable internal baffle precisely closes three of the four outlet channels at a time,opening only the designated one to direct materials to the target pipeline or equipment.The fully sealed design ensures complete isolation between each channel and the external atmosphere during switching,maintaining airtightness throughout the entire diversion process and preventing material loss or environmental pollution.
