Pneumatic Side Three-Way Distribution Valve

The pneumatic side three-way distribution valve is a special diversion and distribution equipment widely used in powder and granular material conveying systems. It adopts a side-mounted structural design and is driven by a pneumatic actuator, which can quickly switch the material flow direction to realize one inlet and two outlets or two inlets and one outlet material distribution, diversion and merging.

Main Structure & Working Principle

It is composed of valve body, internal baffle, pneumatic actuator, connecting rod transmission mechanism and sealing parts.

Compressed air drives the cylinder to push the connecting rod, which drives the internal baffle to rotate and switch the flow channel. It can accurately cut off or connect different material passages, realizing automatic switching of material conveying routes in the pipeline.
