Working Principle

The valve operates based on pneumatic actuation:compressed air acts on the cylinder to drive the internal rotary spool(or disc)to rotate at a fixed angle.By aligning the spool’s internal flow channel with different valve ports,it realizes three core functions:

-Diversion:Guide material from a single inlet to either of the two outlets(e.g.,distributing materials to different silos or processing lines).

-Convergence:Merge material flows from two separate inlets into one outlet for unified conveying or mixing.

-Flow Switching:Rapidly switch between two conveying lines to adapt to process adjustments,with no material residue or cross-contamination.

It is equipped with a positioner(optional)to achieve precise control of the spool position,ensuring accurate flow path switching and stable operation even under high-pressure or high-temperature working conditions.
