The dual working principle is the key feature of this valve.In the active control mode,the valve disc is operated by the stem(driven by manual handwheel,electric actuator,or pneumatic actuator)to open or close the flow channel,realizing active control of fluid flow—similar to a stop valve.In the passive check mode,when fluid flows in the forward direction,the pressure pushes the valve disc open to allow normal circulation;when fluid tends to flow backward,the reverse pressure and the valve disc’s own weight(or spring force)push the disc tightly against the sealing seat,closing the valve and preventing backflow—similar to a check valve.
This valve is suitable for various pipeline connection modes,including flanged and threaded connections,and is applicable to nominal diameters ranging from DN15 to DN600,with pressure ratings from PN10 to PN100 and temperature resistance up to 550℃,adapting to diverse working conditions such as water supply and drainage,petrochemical,power generation,and steam systems.Installation requires attention to the direction of fluid flow(consistent with the arrow mark on the valve body)to ensure the check function works normally.Daily maintenance mainly involves inspecting the sealing performance,lubricating the stem,and cleaning the valve disc and seat to avoid blockage or leakage.
