Design&Construction

Working Principle

Open Position:The gate retracts fully into the valve body,creating a full-bore,unobstructed flow path with minimal pressure drop for dust-laden airflow.

Closed Position:The sharp gate descends linearly,cutting through dust cakes,fibers,or debris,and seats tightly against the seal.This isolates the dust collector hopper,airlock,or duct section,maintaining negative/positive pressure and preventing dust leakage.
