Cement Powder Bulk Loader

Cement powder bulk loader(also called cement bulk loading machine or silo bottom/side bulk loader)is a specialized environmental protection loading system designed for dust-free,automatic,high-capacity transfer of cement,fly ash,and other fine powders into bulk tankers,trucks,or railcars.

1.Main Structure

Flow Control Gate(FCV):Manual/pneumatic/electric gate for on/off and flow regulation.

Air Slide Conveyor/Screw Conveyor:Transports powder from silo to loading head.

Telescopic Loading Spout(Double-layer):Electric winch-driven,retractable chute with sealed dust extraction;separates material flow and dust airflow.

Dust Collection System:Negative-pressure dust collector captures fugitive dust for zero leakage.

Level Sensor&Weighing System:Detects fill level and enables quantitative automatic stop.

Electric Control Cabinet:PLC-based,supports local/remote operation and interlock with dust collectors.

2.Working Principle

Vehicle Docking:Truck/tanker positions under the silo;the telescopic spout lowers to form a seal with the inlet.

Material Discharge:The FCV opens;powder flows via air slide/screw conveyor into the spout.

Dust-Free Loading:Material descends through the inner chute;dust is extracted via the outer layer to the dust collector.

Auto Stop&Lift:When the preset weight/level is reached,the system automatically closes the gate and raises the spout.
