Manual Rod Gate Valve

The Manual Rod Gate Valve is a kind of linear slide gate valve operated by manual handwheel or hand lever.It adopts rod push-pull structure,mainly used for full opening and full closing cut-off of powder,granular materials,ash slag and bulk solids in silos,hoppers,chutes and dust removal pipelines.

Working Principle

Rotate the handwheel or push the hand lever to drive the valve rod to make the gate plate move linearly along the guide rail.

The gate plate slides forward to close the passage and realizes material cut-off;slides backward to fully open the passage for smooth material discharging and conveying.Simple mechanical transmission,flexible operation and accurate positioning.
