Pneumatic Rod Gate Valve

Pneumatic Rod Gate Valve is a kind of linear motion on-off valve driven by pneumatic actuator,also named pneumatic slide gate valve.It is specially designed for cutting off and discharging bulk solid materials,powder,granules and ash slag in silos,hoppers,conveyors and dust removal systems.

Working Principle

The pneumatic actuator drives the valve rod to push the gate plate to move linearly forward and backward.

When opening:the gate plate retracts,the material passage is fully opened for free flow.

When closing:the gate plate slides into the sealing position to realize complete cut-off and dust-tight sealing.

It adopts straight rod transmission structure,stable running,no jamming,suitable for frequent opening and closing.
