Airlock Feeder

An Airlock Feeder,also called rotary airlock valve,rotary feeder or rotary unloader,is an essential industrial component used in pneumatic conveying and dust collection systems.

It is designed to discharge bulk solid materials continuously and quantitatively while maintaining airtight isolation between high-pressure and low-pressure zones.It effectively prevents air backflow,pressure loss and dust leakage in positive and negative pressure pipelines.

Working Principle

Material falls into the rotor blade cavities from the upper inlet.The driven rotor rotates slowly,carrying materials down to the bottom outlet for discharge.The minimal clearance between rotor and casing forms a reliable air seal,ensuring stable system pressure without gas leakage.
