FU Chain Scraper Conveyor

FU chain scraper conveyor,also known as FU chain conveyor,is a premium enclosed drag conveyor optimized for bulk solid material transportation.Based on mature material internal friction transmission principle,it is superior to conventional screw conveyors and ordinary buried scraper conveyors in overall performance.

Working Principle

Driven by motor and reducer,the heavy-duty alloy chain with integrated scraper flights circulates inside the sealed rectangular trough.When the chain moves,internal pressure and friction force among material particles increase.Once the internal friction exceeds the friction between materials and trough wall,bulk materials form stable overall flow and are transported synchronously with the chain,achieving continuous and steady conveying.
