1.Working Principle

This valve adopts a concentric structure,with a circular valve disc(butterfly plate)installed in the middle of the round valve body.The valve disc is connected to the manual operating mechanism(handwheel or lever)through a valve stem.When the handwheel or lever is rotated manually,the valve stem drives the butterfly plate to rotate 0°-90°around the axis:

-0°Position:The butterfly plate is fully parallel to the medium flow direction,the valve is fully open,and the air flow passes through unobstructed with minimal resistance.

-90°Position:The butterfly plate is fully perpendicular to the medium flow direction,the valve is fully closed,effectively cutting off the air flow to achieve isolation.

-Adjustable Range:By rotating the handwheel to any angle between 0°and 90°,the opening degree of the butterfly plate can be adjusted,thereby controlling the air volume and realizing throttling regulation.
