1.Working Principle

This valve adopts a concentric structure,with a circular valve disc(butterfly plate)installed in the middle of the round valve body.The valve disc is connected to the pneumatic actuator through a valve stem.Driven by compressed air,the pneumatic actuator drives the valve stem to rotate the butterfly plate 0°-90°around the axis,realizing rapid and stable opening,closing,and adjustment:

-0°Position:The butterfly plate is fully parallel to the medium flow direction,the valve is fully open,and the air flow passes through unobstructed with minimal resistance,ensuring efficient air circulation.

-90°Position:The butterfly plate is fully perpendicular to the medium flow direction,the valve is fully closed,effectively cutting off the air flow to achieve reliable isolation and prevent air leakage.

-Adjustable Range:By adjusting the air pressure of the pneumatic actuator,the butterfly plate can be fixed at any angle between 0°and 90°,thereby precisely controlling the air volume and realizing stable throttling regulation.

The valve is equipped with a solenoid valve and positioner(optional)to support automatic control,remote operation,and position feedback,which can be easily integrated into the centralized control system of the ventilation pipeline.
